Hey, I'm CJ! I'm a Personal Trainer based in South Shields, and I work out of The Gym Group South Shields. I first got into training by helping friends get fitter and stronger, and that passion quickly grew into a career. After becoming a fully qualified PT, I’ve been dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals—whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits.
I’ve also competed in Strongman events, including York’s Strongest, which has taught me a lot about dedication, perseverance, and strength training. I love sharing that knowledge and experience with clients, whether it’s strength training, general fitness, or helping people get more confident in the gym.
